1、 立式压滤机简介

Brief introduction of vertical filter press

立式全自动隔膜压滤机（简称：立式压滤机）是固液分离设备，采用高压过滤原理，料浆经过滤布截留、滤液排出，实现固液分离。立式压滤机采用立式安装结构，人机交互界面，PLC 控制，可实现全自动化运行。具有入料时间短、能耗低、占地面积小、滤饼水分低、洗涤率高、滤布再生等优点，被广泛应用于矿山、冶金、化工、食品、医药、造纸、制糖、染料、污水处理等行业。

2、鲁中公司立式压滤机技术特点

Vertical filter press technical features

（1）各滤室单独注浆，确保了全部滤室同步入料，滤板受力均匀，料浆注满滤室时间短，过滤速度大大优于中心入料（单端或双端）的压滤机。

Each filter chamber is separately grouted to ensure that all filter chambers are fed synchronously, the filter plate group is evenly stressed, the slurry fills the filter chamber for a short time, and the filtration speed is much better than the center feed (single-end or double-end) filter press.

（2）高达 1.6MPa 压力的隔膜挤压能力，结合先进的滤饼断面高压吹风干燥新技术，更好的满足了细颗粒物料和粘稠物料的过滤要求，能大大降低滤饼水分，从而缩短后续滤饼的烘干时间，降低能耗和运行成本。

（3）滤板组水平放置和滤饼置换式洗涤方式，可最大程度降低洗涤水消耗量，并有效提高产品洗涤效率和洗涤效果。

（5）所有滤板组一次性拉开，驱动滤布 S 形行走，两端自动卸料，同时完成滤布双面多点高压清洗，滤布再生效果好，运行成本低。

（6）采用 PLC+ 触摸屏自动控制技术，可显示阀门开关状态、查询历史记录、故障报警以及在线修改工艺参数，灵敏度高、安全可靠、操作简便。
